ESD rubber mat is widely used as a table mat that protects individuals or equipment from the harmful effects of electro Static Discharge (ESD). it is made of two layers - top layer is Dissipate and bottom layer is conductive. It gives protection from the hazard of having static electricity. The ESD mat can be laid on top of the work table or even the floor. The mats are specially manufactured with controlled low resistance, the resistivity of ESD is generally between 10^6 and 10^9 ohms per sq quare.
